Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY: TERMS & CONDITIONS
At CIRCE, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please note the following terms regarding exchanges:

Exchange Window:
Customers can exchange their order within 7 days from the date of delivery. -
No Returns/Refunds:
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
- Exchanges will not be processed for:
- Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Products from new collections or new launches.

Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective item, email info@palaisdecirce.com with images of the product.
- Our team will assess the issue and confirm the next steps.

Reverse Pickup:
- Reverse pickups will only be arranged upon confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.
- Once approved, reverse pickups will be initiated within 7 days of your request.

Packaging Requirements:
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact, just as they were delivered.

Delivery Charges for Exchanges:
- For exchanges, we rely on delivery partners such as Delhivery, and eKart.
- Reverse pickup and re-delivery incur two-way charges. We request customers to contribute ₹100 toward these delivery costs.
Why Don’t We Offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At CIRCE, each piece is crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality checks at every stage of production. With a near-zero chance of defects, we encourage customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order. This helps minimize the need for size-related exchanges.
