   • For deliveries to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders.

2. Order Processing Time:

   • We strive to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the order date.
   • During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5 or more working days.

3. Working Days:

   • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
   • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next working day.

4. Shipping Partners:

   • To ensure safe and timely delivery, CIRCE uses trusted courier services.

5. Delivery Timeline:

   • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

6. Split Shipments:

   • While we make every effort to ship all items in a single order together, certain items may ship separately due to availability or product characteristics.

7. Tracking Your Order:

   • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID.
   • Use this ID to track your shipment and check its delivery status.

8. Delivery Confirmation:

   • Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
   • CIRCE is not responsible for items signed for by individuals other than the person specified during checkout.

9. Incorrect Addresses:

   • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. CIRCE cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
